Indication of the result Effects of tested compounds are shown as the ratio (%) of luminescence against the DMSO-treated sample (compound) or Mock (extract). Becuase position-dependent effects on the luminescence were shown in our assay raw counts were normalized to calculate the ratio indicated as "Normalized". Raw counts and averages used for normalization are also shown in the panel.

Protocol of assay 1) The cells stably expressing the snRNP reporter are treated with compounds or extracts in 96-well plates. (compound: 25 μM, extract: 50 μg/ml, culture volume: 200 μL)
2) Incubate 4 hr, 37 ℃
3) Add 150 μL of lysis buffer after removing culture sup.
4) Cells are lysed by pipetting and 120 μL of them are mixed with 50 μL of substrate solution “Steady-Glo” in a white 96-well plate
5) Measure the luminescence
