Inhibitory effect on the enzyme activity of hepatitis B virus ribonuclease H
Inhibitory effect on the enzyme activity of hepatitis B virus ribonuclease H

Exploratory Research

Measured value Inhibition (%)
Animal species Others
Indication of the result The rate of decrease (%) of HBV RNase H enzyme activity against the control condition without test drug treatment is shown. Positive values indicate inhibitory effect on HBV RNase H enzyme activity. Negative values are replaced with 0.
Target diseases of assay Infective disease
Assay level Cell-free
Protocol of assay 1) 1 μL of test drug, 45 μL of assay buffer, and 5 μL of diluted HBV RNase H were mixed in 96-well plate. The mixture was incubated for 2 h at 37 °C. 2) HBV RNase H enzyme activity was measured by the fluorescence intensity using an excitation wavelength of 485 nm and an emission wavelength of 535 nm.
