Inhibitory effect on the reverse transcriptase activity of hepatitis B virus DNA polymerase
Inhibitory effect on the reverse transcriptase activity of hepatitis B virus DNA polymerase

Exploratory Research

Measured value Ratio to control (%)
Animal species Others
Indication of the result The ratio (%) of the reverse transcriptase activity of Hepatitis B virus DNA polymerase under test drug treatment to that for the control condition with water is shown. Values less than 100 indicate the inhibition of the reverse transcriptase activity.
Target diseases of assay Infective disease
Assay level Cell-free
Protocol of assay 1) 3 μl of Test drug was mixed with 20 μl of assay buffer including HBV polymerase. The mixture was incubated for 2 h at 37 °C. 2) 20 μl of ABTS substrate solution was added to wells. The mixture was heated to 37 °C. 3) The reverse transcriptase activity of HBV polymerase was measured by the absorbance at 405 nm.
