Protocol of assay 1) Seed the ARPE-19 YAP1 reporter cell (Maruyama et al. (2018) Mol. Cancer Res. 16 197-211.) into 96-well plate. 2) Treat the natural product-derived compound at the final concentration of 10 µM. Also, treat the natural product extracts at the final concentration of 100 µg/ml. 3) After 3 d, measure the H2B-mCherry fluorescence in each well by using Thermo Fisher Arrayscan VTI.
