Pharmacological effects Antihypertensive and antidiuretic.
Indications It is used to treat arthritis and numbness of limbs, and chronic articular rheumatism with dyskinesia of joint. It is an ingredient of "kyokotsuto" which is swallowed slowly to remove a small fish bone stuck in the throat.
